The PIP tours are led by experienced travel and hockey professionals with over a decade of experience providing world-class tour experiences for players and families. 

$2775 Per Passenger Land Package

Event: 2027 World Selects Invitational Trophy U18
● U18 WSI - Italy
○ Tournament Dates: June 30 - July 3
○ Tour Dates: June 25 - July 4
(North America departure date is June 25; overnight flight arriving July 26th) 

Land Package Inclusions:

● Team and Individual participation fees in the WSI Event (5 game guarantee) plus play-offs
● Pre-tournament practice & scrimmage
● 8 Nights Hotel Accommodations 
● All Motor Coach transfers for all games, practices/exhibitions & tour events (as needed).
● Meals (Players & Coaches Only):
○ Tournament Lunches for Players & Coaches
● Meals (Players, Coaches & Guests):
○ Breakfast Daily for players and guests
○ 2 Group Dinners - Welcome Dinner, Regional Italian Dinner & Opening Ceremony Banquet Dinner
● Opening Ceremony Celebration for all players, families & guests
● Practice and Exhibition Game prior to tournament opening games.
● Guided Tours (Players, Coaches & Guests):
○ Tour of Venice, stop in Milan, Tour Varese, day trip to Lake Como

NOTE: In order to register a guest, they must first be listed as a "family member" on your account. When you go to your dashboard, you can ADD FAMILY MEMBER. 

Payment Schedule:
Upon registration approval - A minimum $500 deposit per passenger
Dec 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
Feb 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
April 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
June 1st - Balance due per passenger
You can make progress payments as often as you like!

PIP does not charge any credit card fees and encourages families to pay by credit card for your own security. We also recommend every family purchase traveller's insurance to cover you should you need to cancel after the cancelation deadline or need medical assistance in Europe.

Cancellation Policy:
Tour/Event Cancellation Policy: If WHG cancels the WSIT tournament or PIP no longer plans to send teams for any reason, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen reasons (natural catastrophe, pandemic, etc.), 100% of the money will be applied to the rescheduled dates. 
Player Cancellation Policy: After April 1st, if the participant cancels, the tour is non-refundable (except as otherwise stated if the tour is cancelled). If for any reason, you need to cancel, we will work with you to provide credit and/or refund minus a $500 cancellation fee per passenger. However, after April 1st, if the tour is proceeding, there will be no refunds for cancellation. Again, we highly recommend each family purchase traveler's insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances (to include injury or illness).

Passport & Travel Information:
Travelers to Europe must have at least six months validity remaining on your passport per US Dept of State. Please check your passport expiration date now!
All passengers must abide by the entry requirements for the European Union and the countries where we will be traveling. The cost for meeting these requirements is borne by the traveller.

Hoodies for Purchase:
We also have a hoodie option available for purchase for $75. You can order these now during the registration process. The last day to order is January 20th. 

AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED in the land package price.  
We will not have group flights. All players and guests should arrive to Venice Marco Polo by noon on June 26th. Return flights MUST be booked out of Milan Malpensa no earlier than 10am or out of Venice no earlier than 1230pm. *Airport transportation for flights arriving or departing outside of these times must be arranged on own.
